  1. Product introduction of printing pad      

It is suitable for carton printing industry. The product is wrapped on the printing press plate roller. It is also called air cushion type flexographic pad or air cushion type pad.
Function of flexographic pad (air cushion flexographic pad):​

• 1.  Hard pressure between buffer rolls to prevent dot diffusion;
• 2.  Compensate the insufficient printing pressure, prevent and reduce the occurrence of printing leakage.
• 3.  Reduce the jumping of the printing cylinder, improve the printing effect and speed, reduce the pressure on the                     printing point and surface, and effectively protect the corrugated cardboard.
• 4.  It has a good buffer and compensation function for the paperboard with uneven surface. The printing effect is                      outstanding. It can improve the product printing grade, reduce returns and exchanges, and enhance the                              competitiveness and image of the enterprise.
• 5.  It can replace expensive imported gaskets such as American r-bak and American DuPont, and reduce the                           manufacturing cost.
• 6. It can effectively solve the problem that the direct plate pasting is not firm in winter printing.

      2.Introduction to imported gasket :        
      Rogers R/bak air cushion lining plate has excellent compressibility because R/bak material is made of numerous microporous polyurethane materials with uniform openings through special formula. The microporous structure of this kind of microporous interconnection will not close the air when compressed, and can absorb the applied pressure. When the pressure is relieved, it will quickly rebound to the original state naturally. Use R/bak air cushion liner to provide consistent printing pressure for corrugated printing

          Role of R/bak liner  :                                       

 ·Reduce the pressure on printing points and surfaces, and effectively control the dot gain;

·Avoid printing plate deformation and prolong the service life of printing plate;
